My gun bench is the heart of my shop. My bench is where I spend most of my time, it is where visitors know to find me and
they often look for me there first rather than in my home. It holds many of my most important tools and has in turn been
an invaluable tool as it steadies each rifle from the beginning to end of the project. The chunky bar on the bench is an
adjustable rest for support of the gun stock that hangs out so far from the vice. It is padded and covered with duct tape.
When it gets dirty or worn I just put another piece of tape over it.
