The Flintlock Shop
Father-Daughter Rifles

These two matching rifles were built for myself and a nice young lady that has been shooting with me for years.
The rifles are identical, forty cal., with A wt. swamped barrels, built for off hand target shooting. These rifles weigh just over seven lbs.

The lock and side plate on this rifle is made from Damascus steel, which I feel is a rather unique custom touch.  I have used this touch so much that it is becoming  a bit of a trade mark for me.

The elephant ivory moon, surounded by silver wire, and the black cow horn extension on the cheek piece makes a nice contrasting touch.

The patch box has a simple carving, surrounded by silver wire.

There is a generous amount of carving in several places on the stock.
