I built the first grandchild rifle in 1998, shortly after my first granddaughter, Paige, was born.
I completed another in 2000 for my second granddaughter, Lillian.
The third rifle was built for my third, Gabrielle, in 2003.
The last rifle was completed in 2005 for my grandson, David.
The trick was to make all of the rifles equally nice,
while making them all different.
This rifle was made with a combination of brass and silver.

These two rifles are for siblings, Lillian and David. Notice the difference in the patch boxes, the color of metal has been
reversed, brass and silver to silver and brass.
